Hole #8
Par 4 | 403 yards
The preferred tee shot moves right to left here. A pond straight away and a large Cottonwood on the left frame the landing zone. Many players will hit less than a driver to avoid reaching the pond. A mid-iron is often in hand for the approach to this well-protected green. Players are forced to carry a pond that extends all along the left side of the green, and O.B. is in play for those that bail too far right. The large green is dissected by a gradual ridge running lengthwise that provides just enough slope for subtle breaks. Par is always a great score here.
